All Orders are usually despatched the same day if received before 2pm
All Orders receive a despatch confirmation email including a parcel tracking number
Orders are delivered either by Royal Mail (up to 1kg) or Parcel Force
All Orders will require a signature on delivery
All Orders are despatched or delivered on business days only unless you select our Saturday delivery service
Our Next Day Service is Guaranteed - a full refund of the delivery cost will be provided if your parcel is not delivered on time


			Standard UK Mainland Delivery is �3.95 (1-2 Day Service) Next Day Delivery is �6.95 if received by 2pm Saturday Delivery is �15.00 order by 2pm on Friday at the latest For UK Non-Mainland and International Delivery please see below

			Please note: If ordering flowers along with other gifts to the same delivery address they will arrive separately but on the same day as they are hand delivered direct from the recipient's local florist. We are unable to deliver flowers to an International destination.

	What happens if nobody is at home... All deliveries are required to receive a signature in order to complete the delivery. If the recipient is not at home Parcel Force may attempt to deliver again the following business attempt in which case a calling card may not be left on the first delivery attempt. If, again, the recipient is not at the stated address to receive their parcel on the second delivery attempt, no further attempt will be made to deliver and a calling card will be posted for the recipient, indicating delivery has been attempted and requesting the recipient to contact the depot, through the telephone number on the card, to arrange a more suitable time for delivery or to have the parcel taken to their local Post Office for convenience collection. Alternatively, Parcel Force or Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour, and leave a calling card at the recipient's location indicating this has been done, unless otherwise instructed. As we send you a tracking number we advise that you track your order and ensure it has been delivered on the expected date. If you do have access to the email you can login to our website, using your surname and email address to view emails which have been sent to. If you feel there are any problems please contact us on 0870 609 3448 so that we can help resolve any issues that may have arisen as soon as possible. Please note: Smart Gift Solutions advises not to send fresh produce such as salmon or cheese over a weekend, or if you are unsure whether your recipient will be at home on a particular day, as it is not advisable for these items to remain in a depot, unrefrigerated, for any length of time.
