Our Standard delivery charge is just £3.95. For all orders
over the value of
£45 it is FREE. Delivery should be expected within 2-3 days from
the time you
placed your order - our daily cut-off time is 2pm.

Next Day Delivery...
Order by 2pm for next working day
delivery. All orders received after this time will be despatched the
following working day. Our Next Day
Delivery Service is just £5.95 and is a guaranteed service. If delivery
is not fulfilled, due to an error made on our part, a full refund of the delivery cost will be provided. |
Order Tracking...
Shortly after your gift has
been
despatched you will receive a confirmation email which will
include your parcel tracking
number. This will enable you to login, using your surname and
email
address, to track your delivery. In most cases we email you to
advise when delivery has taken place.
Should you need any
assistance with tracking your parcel, please
email us. |

Delivery Service...
All deliveries are made by either Parcel
Force or Royal Mail. Deliveries will arrive between normal working hours Monday to Friday - Saturday delivery
is available at a charge of £12.95. This is a guaranteed service before
noon. |

All deliveries will require a
signature on delivery - why not arrange to deliver to a work address to
ensure the recipient is in? |
What happens if nobody is at home...
All deliveries are required to
receive a signature in order to complete the delivery. If the
recipient is not at home
Parcel Force may attempt to deliver that same day in which case a
card will not be left. A second attempt at delivery will be made on the
following working day. If, again, the recipient is not at the
stated address to receive their parcel, no further attempt will be
made to deliver and a card will be posted for
the
recipient, indicating delivery has been attempted and requesting the
recipient to contact the depot, through the telephone number on the
card, to arrange a more suitable time for delivery or to have the
parcel taken to their local Post Office.
Alternatively, Parcel Force or Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour, and
leave a card at the recipient's location indicating this has been done,
unless otherwise instructed.
Please note:
Smart Gift Solutions advises not to send salmon or cheese over a
weekend, or if you are unsure whether your recipient will be at
home, as it is not advisable for these items to remain in a depot, unrefrigerated, for this length of time.
We will also not send helium balloons or flowers over a weekend as again,
they will not arrive in the best condition and in some cases helium
balloons may arrive deflated.
