What are your opening hours?
We are open between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm, however our email service, telephone answering service and online chat facility operate between the hours of 9:30 - 4:00pm.
 
What are your delivery charges?

What time will my parcel arrive?
Please note we do not offer timed deliveries, therefore any requests on your order details to deliver at a specific time of day regrettably will not be accommodated. All deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
 
Can I track my order?
We provide a parcel tracking number included in your confirmation email we send as soon as your parcel has been despatched from our premises. We encourage all customers to register on our site to benefit from all our services.  If you register prior to placing an order you will be able to login to view any messages we have sent you. You will also be able to use our address book facility and many other features such as our gift registry, gift vouchers, etc.
 
Can I send a personal message with my gift?
Yes, absolutely.  We offer themed gift tags for special occasions with your personal message printed on the reverse up to 250 characters.  Enter your message on the gift tag page or at the checkout in the space provided for you. We also offer free photo cards.  You can upload a personal photo with any message without limitation.
 
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes you can.  We provide a calendar at the checkout for you to select any date of your choice.  Please bear in mind however that the date you select may not override our delivery times.  For instance if you place your order after our cut off time of 2pm and select the following day for delivery, your request will not be accommodated. If you select Christmas day, bank holidays etc, your request will not be accommodated.  We deliver on business days only excluding National bank holidays.  We deliver on a Saturday, only if you select and pay for the Saturday service at the checkout.
 
Can I specify a time for delivery?
No, sorry you will not be able to select a timed delivery.  All deliveries are made between 8:00am and 6:00pm.
 
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We process and despatch orders as soon as we can therefore if you wish to cancel an order you will need to inform as soon as you can.  If your order has not been despatched from our warehouse we can cancel it.  If you have received an email to notify you your order has been despatched you will not be able to cancel your order. If you have changed your mind and no longer require your gift, you will need to return it for a refund.  
 
Can I send an anonymous gift?
Yes, we are happy to send an anonymous gift.  Simply select a gift tag and enter "anonymous gift" in the space provided or enter the same text in the comments field at the checkout.
 
What happens if I simply don't like my gift?
We'd be extremely disappointed!  We pride ourselves on our selection of gifts and packaging we use to present your gift.  We understand we cannot meet everyone's expectations therefore if you don't like it, contact us.  We won't be able to accept returns for perishable items greeting cards, balloons or flowers therefore any refunds provided with exclude these items
 
What happens if my gift arrives damaged?
Contact us. We usually ask for an image to be sent by email which saves you the trouble of returning the item.  A full refund including delivery charges will be provided.
 
What happens if I receive items in my hamper which are different to what I've ordered?
We reserve the right to replace items in our hampers and gift baskets to fulfil your order if an item is out of stock. We will make automatic replacements for very similar items.  We will not substitute items we feel may cause a problem, such as red wine instead of white or white chocolate for dark, completely different flavoured food items etc.
 
What happens if somebody other than the recipient signs for my gift?
We cannot guarantee your recipient will directly sign for their parcel.  If your parcel is being delivered to a hospital, hotel, office etc, it may not possible for our courier to obtain your recipient's signature.
 
What happens if a patient has been discharged from hospital before my gift has arrived?
If we have not yet despatched your gift we can change the address for you.  If your gift has been despatched regrettably we will not be able to change the address or recall your parcel.  In the event your parcel is refused at the hospital it will be returned to premises and we will refund you.  If the parcel remains at the hospital it will become your responsibility.  You will need to contact the hospital and arrange to collect the parcel. 
 
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers.  This is a great gift option if you're in a hurry or unsure of what to buy for your recipient. You will need to register before purchasing a voucher.  Click here to buy a voucher.    
 
Can I return a food hamper?
We reserve the right to refuse the return of grocery items.  If an error has been made on part resulting in you having to return the hamper then we will refund you in full.  If you simply don't like a hamper or have changed your mind we will accept returns excluding perishable items.  Perishable items include, cheese and salmon.
 
How long do personalised gifts take to deliver?
Personalised items do take longer to process.  Generally we advise between 3-5 business days in addition to normal delivery times.  Porcelain items generally take a full 5 days.  Most other items take around 3 days.  Personalised wine bottles can be sent straight away.
