Delivery options are available
at the checkout only, not for each product.
Whilst most items are available for next day
delivery some are not. Personalised
gifts are not available on a next day
delivery service. A 5-day turnaround
period is required for all personalised gifts.

To Create Your Own Hamper
please ensure you include the wicker basket at
the correct price dependent on the value of your
shopping cart. If a wicker basket is not
included or the incorrect amount has been
applied for the value of items you have selected
this may delay delivery of your order as we will
email you to advise.

Gift wrap is not
available for gift baskets and hampers as they
are presented with decorative shred, tissue
paper and ribbon and are not suitable for
wrapping. Gift wrapping is available for all
other items unless they are an experience day or
are too large to wrap.

We do not ship to Australia,
Canada or New Zealand because it is simply too
expensive. Should you wish to send a gift
to these destinations please contact us and we
are more than happy to make recommendations for
companies within these countries.

When ordering a photo card
the message you enter at the checkout will be
included in the card. If you want to order
a greeting card at £3.00 and upload your photo
as well, that's fine, the photo will be inserted
into the paid for card rather than a free
greeting card with our logo on it.

Our delivery charges for
both Northern and Southern Ireland vary from
each other and from our standard delivery
charge. This is because we mostly use a
courier for these locations as most of our
orders are over 2kg. However, should you
wish to send a small lightweight item to these
locations please contact us so that we can apply
a lower charge for you and send via Royal Mail.

We send an email to confirm
despatch and in most cases a tracking number is
available. However, if your item is small
and lightweight it will be shipped 1st Class
Royal Mail post so will not have a tracking
number. In most cases you'll be able to
track the progress of delivery and resolve any
issues but if you require any assistance with
tracking please do not hesitate to contact us.
