The 2003 Penfolds Thomas Hyland chardonnay is sourced from the Adelaide Hills in Austrailia. This award winning wine has a pale straw colour with green hues. The aroma is of white stone fruits and lemon pudding with notes of ginger and nutmeg whilst the palate is grapefruit, honeydew and white peach flavours are laced with a complex array of caramel and spicy barrel-fermet characters. Zesty lemon acidity provides a clean, crisp finish.
A popular wine beautifully presented in a wooden wine presentation box, finished with sheer contrasting ribbons for the perfect gift.
