New Zealand's classic Chardonnay displays aromas of pineapple, peach and grapefruit, complemented with light toasty oak. The palate is mouth-wateringly full with a lingering finish. Harvested from ripe Chardonnay grapes in Gisborne, a portion of the wine undergoes oak ageing to impart a light oak flavour.
