I found your online
ordering to be very easy and efficient, the gift was for my
best friend's father who had just come out of hospital after a
knee op, I didn't think flowers would be suitable and so made
a basket up of tea bags, biscuits, crisps, nuts, apple juice,
mint imperials, chocolates, etc. He was over the moon with the gift and
said it made him feel very special and helped him on his way
to recovery. All his family asked me where I had got the
basket sent from and said they would definitely be considering
using it themselves in the future, as they thought it was a
brilliant idea. I was also very happy to be given a clear,
set delivery date. Thank you for a fantastic service and I

Thank you for
your email, from what I have heard the recipient was
absolutely stunned with delight with your gift basket. I only

babies, I came across SmartgiftSolutions. I found your website
offered a lot of alternative gifts for newborn babies and was
most impressed by the Jemima Gift Set. After placing the order,

Hi,
The gift I ordered was for Mothers Day - it arrived in good
time - My Mother tells me it was very nicely wrapped and she's
really pleased with it. I don't like to buy the usual type of
gifts so this choice was great for me.

I purchased the hamper to
send to my God daughter for passing her exams and she was
absolutely thrilled with it. The option of choosing the
items myself was brilliant, as being only 16, some of the
pre-made hampers were a bit too grown up for her. It
arrived on time and the hamper and items were presented
wonderfully. It is my step mothers
birthday at the end of this month and I will definitely be

I ordered some gifts for my mother's birthday - a chocolate
gift box and bath/beauty products. Although I didn't see the items
myself, I was informed that they were beautifully presented
and that the chocolates were wonderful. On the strength of
that experience, my wife used your service to send similar
items to her grandmother. All aspects of the customer

Thanks for your email. Yes, I was totally thrilled with the
service from smart gifts. I wanted to send a particular
combination of gifts to a friend in the UK and all the prepackaged hampers seemed to have be
missing something I wanted. With the smart gift service I
found everything I wanted and a couple of extra items as well.
I was particularly impressed with the online help as I had to
ask for assistance twice and twice the assistant responded
immediately and was able to help me with my difficulty.
My friend telephoned me to thank me for the gift and
commented on the quality of the products and said how much she
had enjoyed them. I am going to forward your URL to a couple
of friends as I think they will find the service as brilliant
as I did.
