The gift I ordered was for Mothers Day - it arrived in good time - My Mother tells me it was very nicely wrapped and she's really pleased with it. I don't like to buy the usual type of gifts so this choice was great for me.

I purchased the hamper to send to my God daughter for passing her exams and she was absolutely thrilled with it. The option of choosing the items myself was brilliant, as being only 16, some of the pre-made hampers were a bit too grown up for her. It arrived on time and the hamper and items were presented wonderfully. It is my step mothers birthday at the end of this month and I will definitely be using you again for her present.

Thanks for your email. Yes, I was totally thrilled with the service from smart gifts. I wanted to send a particular combination of gifts to a friend in the UK and all the prepackaged hampers seemed to have be missing something I wanted. With the smart gift service I found everything I wanted and a couple of extra items as well. I was particularly impressed with the online help as I had to ask for assistance twice and twice the assistant responded immediately and was able to help me with my difficulty.

My friend telephoned me to thank me for the gift and commented on the quality of the products and said how much she had enjoyed them. I am going to forward your URL to a couple of friends as I think they will find the service as brilliant as I did.
