RECIPE for Christmas Morning Mimosas

Super simple with only a few ingredients, but guaranteed to taste wonderfully crisp and full of flavour, this is a must-have recipe for the Christmas season.
Break tradition this Christmas morning by celebrating the wonderful occasion with a festive-themed take on a British favourite - Christmas Morning Mimosas. Filled with classically festive garnishes and sparklingly rouge, it is a gorgeously seasonal treat. With only a few ingredients - which you can alter depending on your desires - it is bound to please everyone...
Here is how you make the fancy cocktail below!
Ingredients:
1 (750ml) Bottle of Champagne (or Prosecco)
3/4 Cup of Cranberry, Blood Orange or Pomegranate Juice (your preference - but make sure it's red in colouring!)
Rosemary Springs (for garnish - not essential, but adds flavour and looks great!)
Sugared Cranberries (for garnish)
Directions:
- Add an ounce of juice (25ml shot) to the bottom of a champagne flute.
- Fill it with champagne (or prosecco) and garnish with both rosemary and sugared cranberries.
- Serve!
