Our Refund Policy
At Smart Gift Co., we strive to ensure that our customers are delighted with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods such as food items and personalised products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at orders@smartgiftsolutions.co.uk to arrange this.
4. Shipping Returns
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Courier: Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at orders@smartgiftsolutions.co.uk with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
