Redelivery Charge – Incorrect Address Provided

Description:
This charge covers the redelivery of your original order, which was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being supplied at checkout.

As the delivery issue was caused by an error in the address provided, we are unable to subsidise the cost of redelivery. The full standard shipping rate of £5.95 applies.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address during checkout. We will dispatch your parcel to the address exactly as entered, and cannot take responsibility for any future delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.
