We dispatch and deliver all orders Monday to Friday, with the option of Saturday delivery, which must be selected and paid for at checkout. Please note, to receive Saturday delivery, your order must be placed by 2pm on Friday.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: £3.50 (Standard Delivery) - excludes weekend days
Note: While 95% of deliveries arrive the next day, it may, in some cases, take longer. For guaranteed next day delivery, select the Special Delivery service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: £12.95 - excludes weekend days
Note: if for any reason your order does not arrive in time we will refund your delivery charge.
Courier Saturday Delivery: £12.95 - order before 2pm on Friday
NAMED DELIVERY DATE
If you'd like your gift to arrive on a specific day outside the standard delivery options, simply select your preferred delivery date from the calendar on the shopping cart page.
BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Please note that deliveries may be delayed during bank holidays, as neither couriers nor Royal Mail operate on these days. Parcels will be delivered on the next business day (Monday-Friday), so please allow extra time. We appreciate your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently, we are not shipping overseas due to Brexit regulations. Please note that both food and alcohol are not permitted for delivery. However, the exception to this rule is jewellery. If you wish to send a jewellery gift, please message us, and we will confirm if you can place an order to your International destination.
