Crystal Energy Set - Anxiety

Having a crystal in your pocket, purse, or wearing it as jewellery is one of the easiest ways to keep a crystal's positive energy nearby.
This set includes four different tumble-stones together with a description card - a short description of each tumble-stone and on the reverse side of the card a description of how to use your crystals and a suggested affirmation.
The four crystals included in this kit are -

RHODONITE - Known as ‘the stone of compassion’ a very powerful stone that helps reduce and suppress anxiety. Releases things that no longer serve you, brings order to feelings of panic and helps you feel calmer and more secure
LEPIDOLITE - This stone is partly made up of lithium, which is usually found in anti-anxiety medication, meaning it can bestow similar properties.
