Who Are We...
Smart Gift Solutions was founded by Deborah Carpenter in 2000 who was joined in 2003 by her partner Lee Carpenter as the business became more and more successful. This was also the year Smart Gift Solutions moved out of the loft into much larger premises. Since this time to date, we have moved a further 3 times, each time to larger premises, and are now based in Tunbridge Wells in Kent. All our gift baskets and hampers are designed, assembled and despatched from our own premises.
Both partners work extremely hard to deliver beautiful gifts, spreading happiness and smiles and lifting the spirits of friends, family and work colleagues. They understand the gifting experience should be a simple and pleasant experience, because the act of gift giving is simply an expression of joy and support. We place lots of emphasis on the gift packaging so your recipient will be 'wowed' when they open their gift and be impressed because you put time and thought into your gift.
We're a small hardworking and dedicated team. Jeni, far left, supervises the warehouse, ordering and monitoring stock, and working along side David, centre, to assemble and pack your gifts.
Melanie, right, answers all your email queries and takes phone enquiries. She's also on hand to assist you, if needed, via our online chat facility. Our team expands quite a bit during the months of October to December as we take on much higher volumes of orders during the very busy Christmas period.

We strive to keep all our gifts in stock and have two daily courier collections. Our daily cut-off time is 2:00pm but if you have left it to the last minute to buy that important gift, we'll do our utmost to help you so don't hesitate to give us a ring. We're proud of what we do. We love what we do. We want you to feel the same! If you're not happy with your gift, call us and let us know. We value your feedback and will strive to put things right for you straight away. If a resolution cannot be found that meets your expectations, a full refund will be provided.
If an error has been made on our part which has resulted in late delivery, a full refund of your delivery charge will be provided.
