Sparkling Cocktail Recipes for the Weekend
During the summer season, the best alcoholic beverages to consume with friends and family are delicious fruity cocktails and glasses of bubbly. They’re great to share between loved ones, they look delightfully appealing and they taste very, very good! But do you know what’s even better? Aperol Spritz
Perhaps our favourite on the list, the classic Aperol Spritz is a tantalising experience for your taste buds with a sharp, bubbly kick. The intense orange colours of the alcoholic spirit are beautiful when mixed with golden Prosecco, and to finish top up with tonic and orange for garnish! White Sangria Sparkler
Filled with raspberries, kiwis, nectarines and oranges, Figgy and Sprout’s White Sangria Sparkler is absolutely delicious! Although there’s lots of different fruit ingredients, it’s easy to throw together to make a beautifully looking and lovely tasting cocktail. It won’t disappoint your guests this summer time, as it looks gorgeous presented in a stylish flute glass! The healthy serving of fruit also makes one of your five a day. Pineapple Mimosa
Traditionally, Mimosas use orange juice and Champagne together… but why not try this delicious alternative? Using fresh pineapple juice, with fruit slices for garnish, it is a summery beverage that will pleasantly surprise your friends and family. Champagne and Chambord
Another classic combination of delicious spirits with bubbly is the Chambord sparkling cocktail, which creates a gorgeous purple beverage that is very sweet and fruity. Presented in a flute glass, simply pour a 25ml shot of Chambord and top with Champagne. For garnish, use fresh raspberries! Sometimes the best cocktails are those that require minimum effort. Lavender Cocktail
If you’re feeling fancy this summer season, you can serve this beautiful cocktail filled with aromatic, floral flavours! Although a very simple recipe of Champagne, dried lavender and fresh flowers for garnish – it looks divine and will definitely impress guests. Blood Orange and Rosemary Fizz
Another aromatic cocktail combines Prosecco, Campari and blood orange juice with rosemary garnishes for a splendid journey for the alcoholic taste buds! Although a little more complex to make, with several ingredients, it is definitely worth time and effort as it both looks and taste great.
